Request deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your Arcade account and associated personal data by emailing us from the same Google email address used for Arcade.
Use the subject “Delete my Arcade account” and include your Arcade player name or player ID if available. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account.

We will delete or irreversibly anonymize your Arcade account profile, Google-linked identifier, name, email address, profile image reference, saved game progress, scores, achievements, and other account-linked gameplay data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcing our Terms. Retained records are isolated from active player systems and removed when the applicable need or retention period ends.
Timing and consequences
We aim to verify and complete valid requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent: your progress, scores, and achievements cannot be restored after the request is completed.
You can separately revoke Arcade's Google access from your Google Account. Revocation stops future sign-in access but does not replace an Arcade deletion request.

If you cannot access the email used for Arcade, contact cramoxdev@gmail.com and share any non-sensitive account details that can help us locate your profile. Never send us your Google password. You can also visit our support page.
