Accepting these terms
These Terms govern your use of Arcade by Cramox and related services. By accessing Arcade, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You sign in with a valid Google account and are responsible for activity through your Arcade account. Keep access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information, follow applicable age requirements, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use.
Fair play
Use Arcade lawfully and respectfully. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, interfere with other players, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use Arcade for commercial exploitation without written permission.
We may restrict or suspend accounts that threaten the service, other players, or fair competition.
Games and ownership
Arcade, its games, visual designs, code, names, and other content are owned by Cramox or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arcade for entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No ownership is transferred to you.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, pause, or remove games and features as the product develops. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Updates may be required to keep using Arcade.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arcade is provided “as is” and “as available.” Cramox disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your account
You may stop using Arcade and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access when these Terms are materially violated, required by law, or necessary to protect the service. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain in effect.
