01

What we collect

Arcade uses Google Sign-In to create and secure your account. When you choose to sign in, we receive basic account information authorized by Google: your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We may also store an Arcade player identifier, game progress, scores, achievements, and basic technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.

We do not ask for your phone number, contacts, precise location, payment card details, or Google password.

02

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, maintain your player profile and progress, provide game features, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot problems, and communicate about support or important service changes.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

03

Google Sign-In

Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy terms. Arcade receives only the profile information Google shows on the consent screen. You can review or revoke Arcade's access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete data already held by Cramox; use our account deletion process for that.

04

Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account data. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information while your Arcade account is active and as needed to deliver the service. When you request deletion, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.

05

Sharing and processors

We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate Arcade, such as authentication, cloud hosting, crash reporting, and security providers. They process information on our behalf and may not use it for unrelated purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Cramox, or the public.

06

Children

Arcade is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us to request its removal.

07

Your choices

You can stop using Arcade, revoke Google access, or request deletion of your Arcade account and associated personal data. See our account deletion page for clear instructions.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information.

08

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Arcade evolves. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when a change is material.
